GIS for provincial authorities
The Dutch provinces have a high level of knowledge when it comes to using geographic information systems. They frequently use portal solutions and exchange a large amount of information with other parties within the chain. In short, this is an environment where Realworld Systems feels very much at home and where we have the opportunity to offer added value.
Realworld Systems has examined the provincial processes in depth. As a result we created a number of solutions especially for the provincial authorities, both for desktop and mobile systems. Many provinces are striving to integrate ICT and GEO departments. We take care of the practical implementation in a GIS that will be available and easily accessible to end users.
GIS services for provincial authorities
Realworld Systems helps provinces e.g. with the modernisation of the GIS-ICT infrastructure, data warehouse solutions, implementation of ArcGIS Server or mobile GIS.
A lot of provinces use GIS services based on ArcIMS and also want to make optimum use of ArcGIS Server. Realworld Systems is more than capable of making recommendations in such a process, explaining the pros and cons of both products and mapping out the significance for the provincial processes.
Realworld Systems has created a link between the Flamingo viewer and ArcGIS Server [link to the case]. We also included the possibility of modifying information through the Flamingo interface.
Realworld Systems is thus playing a role in both consultancy and implementation.
